I was asked how i made the glowing lines in one of the backgrounds i made ( [link] ) and if i could make a tutorial of how to make them.. so i thort why not, and here it is .. its farely simple, but for the best results its good if ya know ya way around photoshop to some extent.

this tutorial was made in CS, but im sure it works in version 7 and 6.

if ya use this tutorial to make sumthing, it would be kool if ya leave a link to what ya made just so i can see how its helped people
