I still like this even though its a bit blurry, any tips on human anatomy?

i guess just a lot of practice? one thing that helps me is to draw something, and then find a similar photo (or artwork from an professional artist lol) and see where my drawing is anatomically wrong so i can improve in those areas ^_^
