I'd definitely love to see Yonggary/Reptilian and Zilla to make a big return.
Yonggary's redesign in the 1999 film felt more unique and recognizable as a kaiju which had it's potential spoiled by not-very-good CGI effects (the older Yonggary design was good but felt a little generic for a kaiju). I think with familiar kaiju names returning on the big screen, Yonggarry deserves his own reboot. Maybe they should make Yonggary the "ultimate missing link that connects all dinosaur species" kind of creature.
As for 1998 Godzilla/Zilla/GINO, I believe a movie based on the animated series would be a better idea rather than a sequel to the 1998 film. Probably have Warner Bros or Legendary squeeze him into the Monsterverse (since HEAT was pretty much the original Monarch in a way) and have Zilla Jr. be either a subspecies or a descendant of the original Godzilla (retconning the whole "He's just a giant iguana" thing).
Also the title should be "Zilla: the Return"

I like the idea...except for Titanosaurus. He was annoying to listen to.

An easy fix; they can alter his roar to be deeper like they've done with Godzilla.
