for a mystery dungeon special, some Apples would suddenly turn to Appwyrms, and you can't pick them up anymore.

sometimes, it hides inside its apple-like coating and then scares people when they find out.

The name could've been Wurmple but the name's already taken,
by May and the Gang lol (R/S/E)
