I imagine that the two were doing a job together and a whole lot of girls were trying to flirt with Jake because of his status, and Jake got really uncomfortable, but he didn't teleport away because he was with Ruvel. Ruvel on the other hand was getting super irritated, so he pulled Jake to him saying "he's mine" while glaring at all the girls.

The reason this happened was because I wanted something to draw, so Phsychedelic told me to draw these two together
because if there isn't something like this then other's don't know they're together
