The name Fat Bob came about because we discovered we had two gray Tabbies living on our front porch (stray cats). We had just been calling them Bob thinking they were the same cat. We never saw them long enough, at first, to realize that there were actually two separate cats. One day I finally saw both of them on the porch at the same time and discovered there was a fat one and a skinny one. Hence, they were dubbed Fat Bob and Scrawny Bob. Unfortunately, Scawny Bob in no longer with us.

Thanks. Scawny Bob lived a great life after he found some nice people to feed him. We all felt pretty stupid not realizing that there were two cats though.
