My newest UI for November 2013,I've tried to make some more flat UI and here it is, ZOOM for better quality, hope you like it

ROM: CarbonROM XDA
Theme: Stock AOKP
Launcher: Nova Launcher PlayStore

Zooper: PlayStore

Ah, I see now, you have to make a change in PSD, crop it to your resolution and put invisible icon on top of the wallpaper (use MultiPicture Live Wallpaper), PSD link is a few posts above.
