Hey there guys, time for some new art! Well, my Jak & Daxter fan art tribute project. I really only drew the characters who I personally liked. and well, I didn't want to include fan art for the Lost Frontier as I don't consider that a proper Jak game considering the new developers butchered the series. So I decided to go with some alternate fan art of possibilities in the game. So in this case, I chose our lovable favorite loud mouthed ball of fuzz Daxter. I always wondered what he would have looked like had he stayed human and not fallen into the dark eco pool. So after thinking long and hard and seeing some fan art for inspiration, this is what I came up with. ^^ Since Jak got all brooding and rough looking (I'm not dissing, I love that about him ), I think that Daxter would have retained some more youthful features and have a sense of a brighter look since his optimism could contrast with Jak's more serious nature. This concept idea is for what I think he could have looked like in Jak II. I personally love how he came out, the most fun part was coloring, that's for sure. I'm going to do some more fan art of future human Dax for Jak 3 (maybe, I'm still thinking lol) and definitely for Jak X. So except those coming for the next upload next week.
