Looks interesting. I know a few people who like ravens as their favourite animal, and that bird looks like a raven - even though it's supposed to be a crow.

Ravens and crows are in the same family, and sometimes they are quite indistuinguishable from each other - with the main telltale signs for some species being size and the colour of the base of the feathers.

We get mostly ravens here, but I prefer the look of ravens, and I know ravens are supposedly more intellegent out of the two. I've never heard anyone say that the crow is their favourite animal, however ravens are quite popular.

Both of your "Crow" pieces are just glorious. I may print them out and hang them side-by-side on my wall! They almost represent two different sides of Crow, when you view them together.

Please don't print them out. My art is my livelihood and my career, and without it I would be entirely dependent on Disability welfare; and if you want to have prints on your wall, purchase them from the print store.

the american crow has [i]always[/i] been my totem.
have you tried batik and/or jacquard paints? your style reminds me of work that i have seen done with those materials and methods of using them.
