That's a great idea. I agree! That would've been cool. It might've been cool to see a single ship go from being in the service of the Jedi, then the Imperials, and then the Rebels.

Does anybody else out there enjoy the "Imperial Suite" theme from Rogue One, composed by Michael Giacchino? Personally, I love it! I know it's clearly inspired by (and perhaps derivative of) the Imperial March theme from the Empire Strikes Back. And the original Imperial March is unarguably awesome, but hey, I've been listening to it since 1980, so I was more than ready for some new Imperial music. And I actually glad that the Suite is similar to the March. I wouldn't want it any other way. Anyway, the Imperial Suite really hit the spot for me, and I'm just wondering if there are any kindred spirits out there who feel the same way.

I really liked it, but there are parts of the Imperial Suite that sound more like part of a Star Trek OST (which makes sense since the composer also did Star Trek movie scores)

Oh, I hadn't noticed that. I'll have to go back and listen to it again, to see if I can pick up on that. Of course I love Star Trek music too, so this may just add to my enjoyment of this music. Thanks for the interesting comment!
