No, I haven't seen any Shadow Troopers from the first Order, . . . at least not yet.  But who's to say that they aren't out there somewhere?  (You gotta admit, it's a darned good idea.)  Besides, technically I don't think we ever saw Imperial Shadow Troopers in Episodes 4, 5, or 6 either.  Imperial Shadow Troopers have made appearances in the expanded universe, but who knows how much of that is considered canon any more.  The only appearance of black Stormtroopers from the First Order that I'm aware of is a Hasbro action figure of an "Elite Speeder Bike Trooper" in all black armor with some red stripes.  So maybe that gives this concept a little bit of legitimacy.  FYI, the armor on this Elite Speeder Bike Trooper is not specialized speeder bike armor, it's just regular First Order Stormtrooper armor, but molded in black.  (Toy companies love the Shadow Trooper concept because they can make a whole new toy without having to invest in any new tooling.)  In any event, the main point here is that the fans seem to LOVE Shadow Troopers, because if Stormtroopers are cool, then all-black Stormtroopers must be better!  You can't argue with logic like that.    Since the First Order seems to be borrowing liberally from the Empire (TIE Fighters, Star Destroyers, Stormtroopers, Mega-weapons, etc.,) then maybe they'll have the good sense to borrow the idea of Shadow Troopers too!  Of course, the other way to look at it is that even if the First Order doesn't have Shadow Troopers (yet), then maybe I just beat them to the punch, and this image will give the creators of Star Wars just the nudge that they need to include Shadow Troopers in Episode 8, or 9!  Its about time we saw these guys up on the big screen!  (It's a happy thought, anyway.)  The fans would go absolutely nuts!  I know I would.
