Wow! this is fantastic! Love the colors you used! It looks like these guys are swimming in water rather than floating around in the sky!
Love the little shiny one in the corner too, and hoppip in the fluff!

Okay...
first step: done the backround with a blue felt tip pen/ marker
secondly: with many water in the brush over the paper (you can see how the blue is bleeding)
thridly: drafting with pencil
fourthly: outlines with a small brush and acryl paint
fifthly (and last): colouring with acryl paint (`cause it will cover the backround)

I hope this can help you?

Where can you get felt tip pens/markers? Are they expensive? Also does acrylic paint permanently stain if it hits carpet or clothes and stuff?

Putting more water does what for the painting? Lighter, darker?

Oh, I used only simple felt pen you can find in every stationery shop
look here: [link]

Acryl is waterproof. Also can you use it for paper, metal, glass and ... clothes. Well it is better you wear an old shirt ore something, if you are a sloopy painter as I Β°3Β°~

I need many water for the bleeding of the felt pen colours. Is it to light, retry the process and the colours will get darker and intensiv. If you use acryl so think about you need white for bright and black for dark effects.

Is there a store like WalMart or HallMark or anything in specific like that? Unless you don't live in the US and don't have those stores. It needs to be a place I can get to easy, or a website I can read XD
