He and his twin sister Linnea was made in collaboration with =SeriousDelirious
The only abilities he and his sister have in common are telepathy and clairvoyance. He cannot communicate with spirits like his sister does (even though his name is Casper, which is an actual name and was not made as homage to that friendly ghost everybody knows.)
