I did this a long time ago and my friend was the one who found the art work so no, if you can find it, since you said the art work does look fimliar, I will be more then happy to post the link here

Okay, I have a hunch, but I think the original is from Kitajima Sara of A Kiss for the Petals. The pose and figure are right, even if the bust is a little bit bigger.

There's also a naked version, but I seem to have trouble finding it on Google, and I can't convert the image file in my copy of the game into a .jpeg. I'll let you know if I find the naked version.

No that isn't right because I remember when I did this, it was back in the day when I copied everything to a tee including the face though yes I will agree that this is pretty close to the one you found I might just use it as the source art work
