More from my trip to India earlier this year... this time not one of wildlife
This is from Amritsar in the state of Punjab.
Taken at a sari shop. Saris are a type of dress worn by South Asian women. Usually made up of a really long piece of fabric wrapped around the body in a particular way that varies from region to region in the specifics.

Such vibrant colors. really wish i could see more of them. I do also wish that the lights were cropped out. they are so bright that they are drawing too much attention in the frame.

For me, this is one of those shots that you have to be there to appreciate the memory it represents. It's pretty, but I'm not inclined to put it on my desktop background.
I bet India was amazing.
