Well I searched all over for the first part of Gir's rave dance. I remember having it as an avatar. But, now I can't find where I originally got it.SO...I made a copy since it was requested.

LOL I really can't stop anyone else from using it. Just like no one could stop me from using it when I bummed my original icon off someone else...which I now can't find on DA anymore.

I really can't tell anyone if they can or can't use it. Like I said, I've seen this icon used by other ppl before, and I used to use one like it. Icons tend to repeat, and with a character like this, it's inevitable. Had this seriously been an icon from scratch I has made rather than clips from a master image, it would be less likely to be used often. But, Gir icons are all over the place, and this is one of the most popular things to see Gir doing.
I mentioned that it was a request, but just like the "spank dance Gir" image, I can't control who takes it and who doesn't.
