It's now been 1 year since I joined DeviantArt! And I favorited 5 thousand deviations in that period! Here's why I joined:

I've been a big fan of Gengar since mid-2016. I know this cool and epic fanmade Pokémon game, "Xenoverse: Per Aspera Ad Astra", since May 2021. In early September last year, I searched some Google Images of fanart of the fangame, especially the Gengar in a different form. I found an image of it from DeviantArt. I am familiar with FurAffinity and DeviantArt. Anyway, I went to see it on the website to see the reviews, and then I found a user called, KittyTheGengarQueen (who joined DA 11 months before I did). I went to see her stuff, and when I first saw them, I was in love with the things she drew. But I didn't feel like making an account yet. I also like xxlPanda's stuff. And then I check her stuff again a few times.

About a week later one night, I saw Kitty's favorites section, and I saw a Build-A-Bear Gengar. I'm surprised they exist. It was posted by EclipseTheOwlGod. Then I went to his/her profile, and I found something that surprised me a lot more: The info of the original Japanese airing for "Help! I've Turned Into a Gengar!" (from Poketoons). I've seen the previous Poketoons episodes, and this was my first time hearing about a future episode of Poketoons. I couldn't believe there'd be an episode when a little girl gets turned into a Gengar. I didn't know what was going on at first until I managed to google translate it. So I joined DA to comment the title translation.

The next day, I saw that episode on YouTube. The episode came out aa year ago. And I favorited a lot of KittyTheGengarQueen's stuff. She gave me a warm welcome to DA. And the next day, she made a gift for me. That was so kind of her. ^w^

Eventually, I started learning to draw some pokemon, learn some Japanese, and make more friends, like WoodKnapp94, Cyanesque111, katamariluv, PantherKing239, and IceFirey573. Even some friends from YouTube joined DeviantArt. Speaking of YouTube, I plan on making a video that introduces others to my DeviantArt page.

I made so many memories, and I hope my next birthday will be even better.
