He is one of my original character from original comic My Owner I do with ~hippori . It's at GaiaOnline; [link] . Soon I will do webcomic for it. Just need to find time to design and do it >3<;;;;

Beautiful colouring and fantastic concept design - the colours work very well and the decoration is intricate, showing a lot of thought.
I don't think his legs are really working, however - they seem too thin and short in comparison to his arms and upper body. He seems as though he is supposed to be a long, tall character, but once the eye travels past his waist, he becomes a little stunted. You've almost given the impression of a high angle camera shot, but the legs don't deform quite enough to support that perspective.
All in all, however, a lovely, gentle piece!

maybe it's just me being slow but his legs seem a bit short >_O; besides that, you did a wonderful job as usual. I love almost everything about it.

maybe becuz his upper body is long XD; I think it's short too but when I check anatomy, it's quite right @@" (don't just look only his legs under the belt, he wears belt quite low 8D)

The calm saturation of this piece is quite nice, especially in the hemline. Perhaps the grainy area in the 'smoke' of the skull doesn't fit in at the first glance, but perhaps it has some purpose?
