I miss drawing Zelda fanart. None of you knew me back when I was doing that, since I was ten and on a different account.
But i drew Link a lot. Not so much of Sheik. Which is a shame since his ass is so awesome. So yeah, simple drawing, but I am proud of the lineart.

One question, not trying to be rude or anything, but why do some people still consider Sheik a male? I mean yeah Zelda DID transform, but transforming her genitals? That sounds a bit weird...I mean, yeah, people are entitled to their opinions, but i'm pretty sure she just changed her skin tone, lost her breast "fat" from exercise and covered her mouth area? I'm not saying your opinion is wrong, but to go that far? I think there wouldn't be any situation where'd she has to prove it...

Well that was three years ago and by now I have no real opinion, but essentially Sheik seemed like they would identify as male and therefore I generally consider them as such. Β It has nothing to do with their genitals. Β

Shiek was an alter ego if you will, so Princess Zelda could hide from evil Ganondorf. But in my honest opion I like to think of Sheil as his own person, Even though he was Zelda in hiding. Oh well, I love you art. lol He always did seem to be popping up out of no where XD

And, in answer to your dilemma -- I believe their may be two plausible theories regarding Shiek's gender:
Shiek himself is male. During and after the Water Temple, Princess Ruto refers to Shiek as "the young man who saved her life". Therefore,
1.) Shiek allowed Zelda to steal his identity in order to evade Ganondorf when she met Link in the Temple of Time. She revealed herself at her own expense in order to inform Link of his destiny and the Triforce of Courage.
2.) The Triforce of Wisdom allowed Zelda to swap gender and appearence through a magic spell. Magic is clearly present in the world of Zelda (Din's Fire, Farore's Wind, Nayru's Love, and the three arrows).
So, those are my theories. You can keep thinking that it was indeed, female ass you were staring at if it makes you feel better.
