Lovely job! I was there when you did the clouds! Still think your grass could've been a LITTLE darker, but it still looks good. Follow riyuen's advice and it's all good... -__-

i would do all that stuff to make it better but im just to dam lazy you know hehe o well maybe some other time ill do it ive spent to much time with this pic im getting sorta sick of it. i guess. meeeep!!!!

FLCL funny series but a bit weird some symbolic and metaphoric thing hidden in those 6 episodes probably.

mamimi? so that is what her name is..

the image is HUGE!! a little hard to see the entire image, fo me my images (recent ones) would be at most 700 pixels wide.

Nice work with the shading, but the lense flare is a bit faint I didnt quite see it at first with the smaller picture.
be wary of the ends of her skirt, it seems to be missing the insides.

I like the camera though.

The clouds look quite cool, and I like the angle and greenish colour scheme you've chosen. Some of the lineart though (particularly around the face and hair) looks a little shaky - it makes the shape of her skull look kind of lumpy . It also looks a bit heavy (and the hair a little stiff) - varying the line weight a bit more, or making the lines a bit finer might help. The hand holding the camera looks a little awkward too - something's a bit off in the proportion of the second finger's knuckle in comparison to the size of the thumb and the other fingers. The way she has the 3rd and 4th fingers curled around looks quite uncomfortable as well.

But great picture. A lot of my comments are based on the large size of the full view - in the smaller preview those things tend not to jump out so much. I like the strong contrast in colours you've used as well, but being outside, there'd probably be a lot of backlight going around too.

Wow! How did you do the bg?! It fits the FLCL style in my opinion. The colors you used match her outfit as well. I love the pose, the angle is beautiful.
