Do you reckon the milk is edited in afterwards? It must be... but it's flawlessly done. I would guess the models are shot wearing a painted latex costume of sorts.

Considering some motion blur on milk I would say it has been done with "real" multiple splashes. Post work to remove unwanted drops.
