Description
Cartoon TemplatesThese are templates for 3- and 4- panel comic strips following the standard scaled sizes as described in the link here:
www.netplaces.com/cartooning/t…
Notes
There are versions for: Krita (.kra), Photoshop (.psd) and Inkscape (.svg).
They were made using Krita so all the functionality is for Krita; however, they work as simple graphics in the other programs.
They use the purisa free font from Ubuntu Linux and may automatically change if that font is not on your system.
If they don't work let me know and I'll try and fix it, please be polite when complaining, you'll always get more.
I put in my email and web address and a dummy copyright statement, you can change those to something more appropriate to your work. You don't have to keep my text at all.
Rules for use
They are free to use in free, personal or commercial work.
If you want to link back to where you got them, that would be nice, but I'm not going to complain if you don't.
Please share the templates with others, but don't sell them, that would be cheap.
I've use so much GNU and Open Source software I wanted to give something back. It's not much, but it's a start.
I hope you find them useful.

Hope you find them useful. One day I'll do a decent 3-panel strip myself.

Yes, they were helpful - and as I've tested multiple apps, I think I am going to land with Clip Studio Pro... I'll post one of the strips. I've been using Instagram, and am new to DeviantArt. How's your experience? Any tips for a newbie?

I am so glad. My best tip is post of groups that have similar art.
Oh, and never give up!

Hope you find the panels useful. Krita is a powerful tool as you've probably seen by now. I'd recommend checking out David Revoy's tutorials both here on dA and YouTube.

I hope it works for you. After creating it, I found it was a bit flaky at times.
