I thought the telephone man was Vincent? Kind of sounded like him.
Didn't Claudia meantion something about Vincent sending Heather to her father back at Jack's Inn?

OH OH! And a part I forgot to mention:
The guy on the phone said that Stanley Coleman wasn't that guy's name anymore. It was "#7". So.. unless he was doing 3rd person (or something to that general effect

and yesh, i thought at first it was Vincent, coz it sounded like him... mebe the voice actors portraying multiple roles, i dunno.
i wonder why he's called "#7"... hmm. is leonard another 'walter sullivan' or something?

Claudia's referring to her father, Leonard Wolf, with the "You sent her to my father!?" line.
I thought it was Vincent, because the way he talks on the phone kind of sounded like the way he first started talking with Claudia in Jack's Inn. Then his voice got all serious and such.
As for Stanley, with the "His name is Number 7 now." line, Mr. Telephone-Guy called him that because Leonard killed Stanley. Stanley was therefore sent to the Crematorium, and covered with a sheet. Marked "#7"
And, if you walk near #7 down there with the volume on your TV turned way up, you can hear Stanley whisper. Give it a try next time you go through.

Okayokay, after you clear the Hospital in 3, it goes to an audio scene with Vincent and Claudia inside of Jack's Inn (Heather's still at the hospital). They start out with something like:
Claudia: You sent her to my father!? (I think this was in reference to something said on the phone, I don't remember)
But yeah, you go back to Jack's and find Vincent in your room and such. I don't remember exactly how everything went, but my brain kept telling me that was Vincent.
*smacks herself* Bad brain! Baaad!
As for this picture.. the more I look at it, the more I love it. @__@
