All characters to their respected creatersI was a bit sick and tired of people saying Ev was a push over and being unfit to be a villian so I decieded to show you all his special abillity, he can transform!
Also thanks to For some of these sprites I t gave me the base colors of the rest of these!

I don't see why anyone would complain about him. I always enjoyed him. He doesn't strike me as someone would be a major villain (i.e. Joker or Darkseid), but a villain nonetheless.
There just seems to be this standard that all villains have to meet. In reality, there are just different levels of villainy. The movie "Unbreakable" has a wonderful speech in it about that.
