Ragnarode is the little known cybernetic counterpart to Palkia, Dialga, and Giratina. Ragnarode dwells within the Cyberegion, a network parallel to the computer network used by trainers to trade around the world, aka the GTS. Most trainers are unaware of this underlying Cyberegion within the GTS (in all honesty, the people who made the GTS don't know about it either). The Cyberegion is where the data of every pokemon either put in the GTS or in a computer BOX is kept, as the information would be much to vast to keep in a single computer, or even a network. The personal data of every trainer is kept here as well, be it trading records, Battle Frontier records, or even Wi-Fi battles. If a person were to somehow visit the Cyberegion, they would find digital copies of every person and pokemon, anything with data within the Cyberegion core. However, mankind has not yet devised a means of travelling to the Cyberegion. Ragnarode is a manifestation of Arceus' will affecting mankind's evolution; it came into being when man made the first computer. It's existance has only been guessed at, as it only appears through a computer screen and only appears to those with great benevolence or evil in their hearts. If they are evil, Ragnarode will plant a virus in their computer which will destroy it, along with anything in the vicinity, electronic or otherwise.
