So I spent about half an hour doing this before and when I finished I realized that the file size cap on the little user images is about 15kb, and there was no way to make this any smaller and still look good... So dang it, I'm putting it as my desktop image!Related content

You can do it with Adobe ImageReady, I think it comes with Adobe Photoshop. It did with mine anyways.
