A commission for Korin8317 of a rather cute scene~ Korin's character is a wolf who discovers that, upon coming into contact with water, he grows a fish tail! He's ended up quite baffled by this, while his Nightfury partner, Ash, is more fascinated by the transformation, as this is the first time she's seen the wolf like this~ Thank you again for waiting so patiently for your commission, Korin!

I have to say, I'm pretty proud of myself for this one, mainly because I again managed to cut down my time for painting a full picture, without having quality fall through the floor~ Playing with the rock and water textures was also a lot of fun, and let me kinda just push colours around with various brushes until I got something right~ Overall, I feel like I'm using my time MUCH more efficiently than I used to, which makes me feel more confident about starting to charge for commissions by the hour.

Also SCALES. Oh my god you don't know how much I've wanted to do scales after having to detail so much fur in the last few commissions. And I got to paint a Nightfuryyyyyy~ I pretty much was looking forward to doing this commission for two reasons: mermaid tail and Nightfury anthro.
