I absolutely love this image. Her place at his feet, her obvious love and adoration (and even in fact his rather casual attitude and expression, I like it much better than him taking on domineering airs or appearing to give her too much importance) makes it a perfect example of submission as I like it. You're right, but in the end, I did end up trimming it, removing details that I didn't feel added to it (saying that Marie's family was strict and that she's estranged from them pretty much gets the point across).
Though this one also puts it more in line with the others, so I guess it works.
