In an unknown location, Kell Mossa, the man calling himself The Pariah, teleported there with the heroes known as The Justice League. Having just mourned their fallen friend Superman, the heroes were shocked to be transported there, against their will. But, when faced with the possibility of a massive threat, as Pariah said to them beforehand, the heroes knew they had to stay wherever they were brought. When their vision cleared from the blast of white light, however, they saw what looked like The Doomed, the supervillain team responsible for Superman’s death, in the same atrium as them! They were about to fight each other when Pariah asked them to calm down, as his master needs the aide of both teams to quell the upcoming threat to their universe. The atrium of this technologically-advanced base opened up, revealing the main interior as a gigantic computer databank operated by a large army of androids; above them was a gigantic dome-shaped window leading into the vast cosmos of our universe, revealing this base to be a satellite in deep space, somewhere between Earth and the massive energy signature called The Source of All Things. Pariah led both the heroes and the villains through the satellite base, explaining that the androids, called the Omni-Mind Assistance Collective, or OMACs, maintain the day-to-day operations of the base, collecting all data on the history of our universe, neighboring universes in the multiverse, and The Bleed, the universe between universes, along with other important information. This is where we meet Rokk-El, who co-ordinates the OMACs. Unlike the Connor Kent of our universe, this Rokk-El (formerly called Cosmic) came from another universe where his mercenary team, The Legion, and the resistance force they were hired to assist, were all slaughtered by the Dark Side, his universe’s tyrannical rulers. Pariah’s master rescued Rokk-El from this and gave him a new place with him on board this satellite. At the end of this tour, the heroes were brought to meet the master of the satellite: Mar Novu, alias The Monitor. Accompanying him was his main assistant Lyla, alias The Harbinger. The Monitor explained that a force called The Uncreation Wave, has sparked several days ago in The Bleed, and has consumed almost a million other universes thus far, killing countless sentient people. Kell Mossa, a scientist from a universe that was destroyed, developed the ability to teleport himself and others and the ability to sense which Earth is the Uncreation’s next target; these abilities stem from his exposure to The Bleed’s primordial energy during his years of research. The Uncreation Wave is somewhat sentient, and can send armies of tangible entites created from its anti-matter energy signature to battle those who resist. The Monitor and his team, after calculating that THIS universe is soon to be destroyed by the Uncreation Wave, assembled the Justice League and The Doomed as the spearhead of their plan to negate and destroy the Uncreation. The heroes and the villains agreed (mostly) to work together to enact the plan and save their Earth, which is about 3 days from the arrival of the Uncreation Wave. But they are going to need many more heroes and villains to combat the Uncreation’s forces… a LOT more. As the teams began working together to prep the Monitor’s plan, the Monitor himself overlooks Lyla, who is being one of their coordinators, and contemplates the knowledge of her he received from the cosmos when he first saved her life from those cold seas… that Lyla will soon enough kill the Monitor herself…
