well... it wasn't so hard but very annoying.
At first I gave Lara some new textures, then I posed her and cloned that model 3 times with the same pose except fot the arms
The next step was the head... I've hidden Laras head and put the stone thing by blufan on her and cloned it also 3 times (big face in the middle and 2 smaller faces on the left and the right 
At the end I gave her some plants on her body and swords in her hands... maybe you can try it
