Description
Jonathan Crane, AKA Scarecrow, former Arkham Asylum physician and Batman villian done as I would envision him.

I took certain elements from the Batman: TAS (the costume elements and the noose from the second redesign and the straw hair from the first), the gas mask from the Chris Nolan movies, and some of my own.
I made him look like an old country doctor with the medical bag and the visible hand looks like a scarecrow/puppet hand. If you look at the distorted skull mask, you can see a Cthuhlu resemblance, a nod to Dr. Crane's methods.

Remember, this is a rough draft and still not finished.
