Well I have to say AJ looks pretty tough. If I had to imagine a human Applejack she'd probably have toned arms and muscled legs from her applebucking. She would have defined abs. Since I imagine AJ as a tomboy I find the super long ponytail a little odd; then again she already proves it daily through her farm labor and is probably tougher than some guys. I also imagine AJ as a barefooter who sometimes walks around the farm barefoot. There is a lack of shading details but still very well done and I'd rather not tangle with McGillicuddy and Kicks McGee; they could probably give even the legs Rarity knows martial arts with a run for their money.

Cloth looks like real and you choosed correct cloth style. In short word, you have a good cloth taste.
Apple bug full of apples - Fully detailed.
Face is beatiful, actually most of your work have facial concepts so you know how to draw perfectly.
Body: muscles - check; proportion - check; Hair physics - check

First problem i see here is that (y)our cowgirl doesn't have any shadows. However tree has some visible (a bit) shadows. Not everybody is going to agree with me, but in my opinion it's better to attach shadows to every detail or just skip this work. (also i think left arm seriously need shadows)
Second problem is legs. Hard to tell here, i think she would better look in standing pose, she is making too many actions. (Is she jumping or running?)
Third problem is background - it's empty. Don't get angry on me, just add some simple things like sun or fence.... everything you want to add.....
Eventually she is cute, she is pretty, she is HOT.
