Advice: Tone down the green a bit. The bow and her green eyes clash with the colour of her suit. Maybe change the bow's colour to red and her eyes to a hazel colour. Then you will remain in primary colours, which is good for heroes.

I would concur with the majority here, by making her blue she seems a bit out of place. The red is more of her identity rather than the blue.
