Here something to think about, there is a good change that Spike(dragon) is older then human Flash.

In intellect and maturity levels, he's definitely way older than him by those standards.

To be fair we never did get to see him enough to get a idea about his intellect and maturity level. I don't count the time he and the other students was under the dazzlings magic as good way to judge him.

He was in 4 movies, he had more screen time and dialogue than Trixie did, he had plenty of time to be judged for how TERRIBLE he was in all those movies.

True, but I don't see him as terrible I just see him as bland, they clearly didn't bother to do much work on him in the first movie and sense he didn't have to many fans after that(how could he being more bland then tofu) they never did much with him afterwards.
