I'm guessing this is supposed to be some furry, diaper fetish drawing? If it's not supposed to, I just want to point out that it totally looks like one. anyways, I like the coloring and it has pretty good vision but I think you went a little overboard with the flame pattern. The flames in darker purple on his shirt shouldn't be there, I think it'd look much better without them. I also don't like the flames on his diaper, I don't think it's very unnecessary and it just looks strange for them to be there. I'll have to give you props on the body shape though, it was pretty well drawn. At least you were trying to be original with your work too.
