Oh, I'd forgotten about this deviation completely, thanks for reminding me.
I think I reported this back in last December, but since it hasn't been removed yet, DA doesn't seem to think it is.
Too bad the original artist removed the picture from her site. The new art theft reporting policy makes this impossible to re-report now and this deviant will continue to get the credit for drawing it.

Meh. deviantART is completely stupid when it comes to that stuff.
I use to make Toki ohotel walls all the time, and they would continuously deleted them telling me I stole them

And then people really did steal them from me! But enough of my waters and friends harassed each person till they took it off themself. dA refused to do anything about it.
