Description
New character, Julisha, a young sphinx who is rather happy with the advent of tablets that you dont really need to fingers to use. Just a quick drawing to try and figure out the rough anatomy , and how much woman, how much lioness to make them. Pretty happy with this mix but could do her better really. Might try a brother too, decided to do Sphinxes and Manticores as the girls and boys of one species.Related content

Thanks, I imagine a child one would be even cuter- kitten + toddler = Really adorable. And scratch marks on all your books. They like to try and start reading early they do.

Strange, her round lower back reminds me of some cute disney dragons. I'm not saying anything more on her anatomy, I couldn't draw something realistic to save my life 
What I can say is that I like her expressiveness. She looks friendly and welcoming. I hope she's not looking for riddles she could use to threaten someone's life!

Dragons do have a rather feline build most of the time, compared to, say, crocodiles whose legs branch out of their bodies to the side and then bend down. The.... skirt? Cloak? Kinda ruins it, might try a version with just a vest or smaller top since her entire spine is basically feline, not like a lin-faun or something.
Think I did the eyes wrong, she was meant to be interested in the table and personally I find these eyes the scariest so far XD

I actually have the impression she's looking at the viewer. And what I meant with the dragonish look was that she had maybe a too big abdomen. I'd be glad to see another version of her though, she looks like an interesting character!

Retractable claws, and they're probably blunt, sphinxes are big nerds. Her brothers... well, uh, they'd break it with one poke.
