Started this... a while ago. After Reading on of Crazyeight's fics on Fanfiction.It took me so long cuz I was trying out tons of new things like linearting without structuring everything out first. All I was testing a lot of BG effects (Field effect, Scyscapes, and tons of different ways of trying to do Sakura clossoms... mor of with Sucked. I ended up looking at tons of realife pics (No help) and a bunch of traditional watercolor and airbrushed pictures (Much more help)
This is of course Takato and Rika just before school. I know, tons of discrepancies in Ruki's outfit, don't bother pointing that out. If you have a comment on the stucture however I'm all ears.
I think this marks a new benchmark in lack of crapulance in terms of Fanart. So to commerate that, Crazyeight, I dedicate this to you and your kickass fic.

I really love this one. You know, when I first got into this whole anime and art lark, I never even dreamed I would support ships or couples...and now look at me, I'm hopelessly in love with Rukato, Taiora, Takari and even Pearlshipping from PokΓ©mon. This is absolutely gorgeous, regless, from the coloring to the poses to the everything.

I kind of like this piece because...at least I think that Takato and Ruki should have been a couple. Which was why I was kind of disappointed with the end of the second Digimon Tamers movie, since I expected Takato to sit next to Ruki and put his arm around her and then the two would swap saliva as the credits rolled.

I dunno, part of the reason I like Takato and Ruki as a pair is because they never got sappy with each other. Just a few horribly awkward moments here and there. And As for the Sixth movie, eh, I agree with you that the end could of used a little something more, but still, at least it reaffirmed that Ruki likes Takato.
