I flipped out when I saw this for the first time. He even redesigned a weapon I told him was optional to include in the picture, and it turned out better than the original weapon design that I did.

Well, if you could, tell him I'm more than just a fan of his. I would actually just like to learn from him artistically. I appreciate him, yes I know bold words from a stranger but I've never been pleased with my art style and always admired japanese artists for their "otherworldly" art style. Kurokemuri has a style that reminds me of most of my favorite artists...mainly as Yoji Shinkawa (Metal Gear Solid, Zone of the Enders), and I was wondering if I could get to know him, and perhaps become friends. I may not get the chance, but let it be known, I bare Kurokemuri no ill will. I even drew him a picture, as I saw this lion with blades running through his body recur a lot in his work, I assumed this was his prime character: phantomlion.deviantart.com/art…

All in all, I have no problem with artists wanting their space and distance from online fame, and when you're as good an artist as your friend, I completely understand, I would one day like to aspire to be as good as Kurokemuri, he's lucky to have friends like you.
