Oh gosh; I doodled this design like 2 months ago while waiting in the car and it's so freaking hot, idk why I drew a jacket --And I saw gangsters on the street lol so inspired; except their clothes were kinda .. dark and plain

Ah, of course! (Sorry this reply took a while, college and it takes a while to type it all up.)
If I win him;
His name will be Lawrence (nicknamed Cain though, he won't like his name) and he'll be the rival to my other characters Noah and Christoph. Noah and Christoph will of been friends from a very younger age, and Lawrence has never had a friend like that so he'd secretly be a bit jealous whilst pretending not to care, but he'd usually joke about with them and sometimes be overly rude to them, as if he's just "way too cool to be on their level". They're all pokemon OCs for my upcoming series "Okay! Pokemon!" (just a personal project that will intertwine with my college work next year. That, or my other upcoming project "The Wish Children.") and (if you know the basic gist of pokemon) they'll each take one starter for themselves each generation (so this gen would be Noah - Froakie, Christoph - Chespin and Lawrence - Fennekin) and travel together in the region; so it'll be a bit like a collection of nuzlockes (since I might play the game alongside them to decide each of their stories in the region) and personal stories with their favourite pokemon and all.
His background will state that he will of come from Castellia City (back in Unova) and be a bit of a big city guy; liking the noise and overcrowded feeling of cities they come across and such and travelled to Kalos to "truly start his life", stopping in Courmarine city by ferry and leaving for the Lumiose city to meet with the professor and get his Fennekin. He's appears to be a bit of a thug, although he wouldn't on purposely's steal or hurt anybody, but he's had a rumour going around Castellia about him being in line with either the biker gangs that roam the streets and hang out in the underground sewers system, or being a thug-like member of Team Neo-Plasma secretly. He is a tough guy though, and if you get in his way... Let's say he as a bit of a "hot-headed temper" about him; exactly the reason why he came to Kalos, to cool that head of his (or try to) and start anew, away from the rumours.
He meets Noah and Christoph when he's also heading to the labs the professor resides in (due to in-game events) and that's when they all meet up, and the professor asks them to all team up to fulfil his dream of discovering the values of the mega evolution. And that's how they begin together on their journey "together". (More like dragging each other at the heels!)
