EDIT: Welp,, that went quick :'0 That makes me quite very motivated to do more of them!! They are very fun to draw,, and if you got any feedback on which you like best, or what features you would like to see more / or less of,, feel free to comment!! (example: do you prefer the more bird/raptor-looking type? do you want me to experiment with sci-fi looking stuff like the eye-thing on 2? or should dvelve deeper into demonic/or celestial looking stuff?

Aren't they literally just different designs of Trico's? You can't really make a species out of them, they already exist

??Like these guys's main gimmick is the fact that they have a skull-muzzle instead of a normal mouth, some glowy neon-like markings on a black/grey body, and don't get any bigger than normal dogs. Anything else can be random. I wouldn't call that "literally like the design of Trico".
I'd argue to make "literally different designs of Trico's" they'd have to be of similar giant size, bird-like feet, disproportional small wings, feathered body,, and no variation other than some different-colored feathers.

Sure, these guys have some similarities, especially because I tend to use a dog-like body as a base more often,, but Trico's species is simply described as "griffin-like" with traits of dogs, cats, and birds.
:/ thus anyone who draws a hybrid creature with wings is making a copy of the Trico species??
btw, "the last guardian" was released 4 months after I drew these guys,, I guess at that time I should've paid closer attention to all the teasers about a game that was supposed to come out 2011??
I apologize if I sound a bit salty :'0 I simply don't agree that the similarities are enough to varrant that kind of claim

I wouldn't mind doing customs,, tho since I've never done any of them before I'm not sure what the procedure entails >o< is it like a design commission where you give me a couple of guidelines and I design smth fitting those?

Yea pretty much 0u0 And you usually show the customer the thing as you work on it I.e Show them the sketch, the lines, the colors and then the final for approval so that they can make sure they like what you are making and be able to put their input in there

Alright o: tho for these dudes I basically started with a blob shape and then just added details, but changing stuff afterwards is no biggie either,, if you want me to do a custom for you, you can send a note my way c:

Ahh, these are all just so precious! Really cute AND dark (whispers,,, aesthetic). I like all of them, but I like the most 3's look. Maybe you could make them different body categories! And I'd go for celestial!
