Description
The last day of school had finally arrived.

It had been a long year for everyone.

But the previous day, the teachers had a surprise for the students.

For all their extra hard work (and to make up for the hot blackout), they would take their classes to the Jolly Roger Waterpark.

The students were all jubilant to hear the news.

The next day there were no more tests, studying or work to be done. There were only bathing suits, beach towels and carry-on bags.

They took the buses from the school and were well on their way to the park.

Remy and his friends were ready for a day of swimming and sliding.

When Remy's class arrived, they went through the ticket booths and waited to get inner tubes to ride on.

Kyle and Bradley wanted to go on some of the slides, but Remy decided on riding the wave pool first. They considered and finally agreed.

They found Rich, the cat and his best friend Ricky in the wave pool.

Rich was happy to see him and thanked him for helping him with his schoolwork.

Soon the water began to get choppy, and big waves were coming for them.

"Alright," cried Kyle "Here we go!"

The waves carried them up and down and side to side. Remy tried to grab on to Rich's hand as they rode the waves, but they kept slipping free.

Kyle didn't use a tube, instead he jumped up and let the wave carry him back and forth. He would go under and pop back up. It was a wild ride.

Later they went down the slides and had lunch. At around three o' clock, it was time to head for home. Remy and his friends were tired, yet relieved.

After a long school year, catching up on work, it ended with a wipe out.
