I'm so very sorry. That just sucks. I know it's not much consolation, but there's a _huge_ amount of educational materials online you can use to supplement his education if you want or need to. I mean lesson plans, tests, everything.
It's great that you've put your rage to such a constructive and creative use. I think just about everyone can empathize with this image.
