I've always liked some of the character sheets I see floating around here on DA. So, I decided to make my own.This next part might interest some people. There's a contest announcement coming soon involving this character sheet template with some real and tangible (but not edible) prizes involved.

Nice to have some more details about her and her abilities
Details about her style of doing things, as well as simply saying the feats of power they are capable of, are great for people thinking about borrowing a character since it makes it easier to think of suitable scenarios and appropriate dialogue for them.

I play Mutants and Masterminds every week, I've thought about statting up my characters and posting their stats in some format. I'm just not great at 2D.

I've got this template. All you'd need to really do is either print it out, write on it, and scan it back in OR you could open it in Gimp and just type over the top of it.

Her powers don't work in the dark, or blindfolded, blinded etc. At that point she's just a normal human. Not good when you're trying to fight White Lotus and Black Mass.

That's what I thought. I'll need to go back to Physics 101 to deduce what she can do to Star, or ask how she does it. Can she reduce power from the Sun remotely or something?

No, she's not a god or anything that crazy powerful. She's probably a 9/10 on the character sheet scale with her one power. Maybe an 8, I'll have to think about it more.
But, what she could do to something like Star Power is make her eyelids too heavy to keep open. Literally. She could also make the blood in her body weigh to much to flow to her brain, causing her to pass out.
She could rapidly make a clitoris weigh a lot, then weigh nothing, simulating stimulation and forcing an orgasm. Make a tongue too heavy to talk. Make a gun too heavy to hold. Make a bunch of cops float away as they become weightless. ETC. She could probably make someone like Superman weigh so much he couldn't keep himself from being faceplanted on the ground, and maybe with his abilities, she could force him into the center of the earth? I dunno, just spit balling here.
But her powers do have a limited range, within probably 100 - 200 yards. People with guns could easily kill her, for instance, if she didn't know they were there and they shot from far enough away or took her by surprise. She has no defense. Zero. Regular human in that regard.

LOOK AT THE STATS! That is a cool character sheet layout, I like it. Personally I usually have trouble trying to assign point values or specific levels to my characters XD

I like this sheet. One question: Is EVERY mutant w/ a power of a given type stronger w/ that power than EVERY cyborg/robot power of the same type yet weaker than EVERY magical power of the same type? My robotic flamethrower will be weaker than any mutant w/ a fire power, which in turn is weaker than any fire spell at all?

It's just a guide. Generally people who create robot characters create VERY powerful robot characters. The numbers are there, just because you have a robot he might be stronger, or weaker, with his ability than a mutant.
Again, just a guideline... and I needed something to put there, and I wanted to give robots a spot too.
