My Hissi, Shazkon, on Neo. Yes I still play sadly, (its my guild, friends, and the art community that keep me on) and this is his design. He needs to be zapped ice, but I don't even own the lab, plus getting a lucky zap like that....its a risk. But I don't care. Oh, and he does have wings, but you can't see them because this is more of a portrait picture. He infact has two pairs..and his body is way longer. (And no, he's not the size of the lake in case you've got perspective wrong. X3)
And the BC judge is rejecting him because he looks like a Draik. If he had wings that wouldn't help.
Anywho, enjoy.
