Great remake! The colours are much better, especially because the fore- and the background match so well now. I love the idea to make him jump out of the red. I think that's it: it appears that dynamic because you see his legs melt into the background, so he really is flying towards you. I also have to give a word of praise to this awesome reflection of light. But doesn't his left pectoral muscle need a bit more reflection, just where it leads into the arm?
Anyway - I think I can learn a thing or two from you and your technique : )
