Please full view for better qualityThis has to be the most thorough drawing I've done. It is the first to have more than one character in it, and my first, "crappy" attempt at the shadowing effect, (on the trees mostly), and eh...I really just like to focus on the sentiment of the piece rather than the flaws so let's do that why don't we?
This is my entry for the Valentine's Day contest on =Demona909 's KnuxandAmy yahoo group. I had the idea awhile back of Knuckles carving the heart in a tree with their initials in it, and this is what it turned into. I really like how this came out, and it introduces some new stuff for me. This is my second attempt at drawing characters this small, the first being "Knuxie's Tears", and this also shows me drawing to charries together. You can tell I like drawing characters holding flowers, roses particularly, since they're my fave. So yep, this is Knux and Amy having a romantic Valentine's Day, and ending it with a sweet gesture that they will always remember. How sweet...
