Still trying to draw, lol. I had the idea for this one when I did the pencil shaded drawing of Camillia and Delilah, and I had intended for it to be shaded too...but since I sketched it in a number two pencil and was too lazy to lighten the lines, I decided to ink and color it.I am so happy with the poses. I've never been able to draw characters sitting down, (and look right at the same time). Aranelion looks the best I think. As for their faces...ugh, it's impossible to draw them looking perfectly identical. They are identical twins though, for thoes who don't know they just style their hair and dress differently to achieve their own identity...tis a very common practice =3
Elianaron was being mean to me when I drew his face, and I like Aranelion's better, but I need practice with Ell's face...I draw Air a hell of a lot more, so it's natural for his to look better X3
The only thing that upsets me now is that I didn't color the box they're sitting on. And one more thing, Ell took off his chains for this shot, which is why he's not wearing them X3

I'll probably end up using this for the anime version of Ell.
It is just so dang hard to figure out to get his hair right!

The best ref for him I think would either be his WoLaD picture or better yet the Portrait of Twin Brothers picture. Those are the two pictures I feel I best nailed the style.
Even I struggle with it
The tipped locks fall down to his shoulders and are the same length. The ones in the back are a tad bit shorter simply because they're further back. The forked locks on the side fall down to cover the sides of his face.
As for the Mohawk, it's brushed up from the orange stripe on his head, kinda like the stripe Shadow has only Ell's is shaped differently. What you do there is start at the top and draw a curved line for the bottom of the Mohawk, letting the tip of it stop between his eyes. The top curve of the Mohawk goes in a big curve connecting back to the top. After that all you have to do is draw in the "points"
Trust me, I know how difficult that sounds. It's been over a year since I changed his design to this and I still haven't nailed it down consistently, unlike Aranelion's hair

I'm not going to draw him exactly the same style as you because... I can't.
Most of my practice right now comes from Anime artists and such, so I'm going to try and bring your little OC into the anime world of part human/animal creatures. Similar to my Kairi photo.
