Part of my 2011 Characters Project

Remember one of my resolutions for this year? This is the start of it.

I'm going to draw all of my characters at least once this year, and that includes younger and older versions for those that have them. I'll also introduce a few new characters that have NEVER been draw before. It's a lofty goal, but one I want to shoot for. The last time I drew every character I had was back in 2008.

This will also be a continuation of my anthro conversion project, which kinda dropped Most of my characters have never been drawn in my new style, so, that'll be something else to work towards.

Anyway, 2011 is the Year of the Rabbit in the Chinese Zodiac, and while that doesn't start until February, I figured I'd go ahead and do this X3

I only have one rabbit character, and that's Strawberries. Technically she's a bunny, but, who cares? XD

Part of the anthro conversions involves my characters getting last names, so they won't be called things like Halo the Cat, or Strawberries the Bunny. Strawberries is now known as Strawberries Tang.

She was one of my very first characters, and yes, she was inspired a little by Cream the Bunny, as far as her name, (Strawberries and Cream) lol

She's the fifth member of Jade Rodnara's team, Team Lightning. She is found floating in the ocean underneath Jade's floating island home, Spirit Island, as a baby in a wicker basket. Rescued by Karlie the bat, the team's resident flyer, she is adopted by Jade, Karlie, and the other two member of the team, Starling and Skylar, who name her and look after her as she grows up.

Strawberries is the closest to Karlie, like a little sister. She's cute and adorable in her youth, but grows up to be a stunning vixen who soon becomes focused on one thing: a lynx boy named Mackenzie.

However, Mackenzie is also adored by the Air Element, Kamie Rose (who yes, takes her last name from Amy Rose, who helps to raise her. They are NOT related.) The starlet Strawberries will clash with the far more gentle Kamie, and it's anyone's guess who will eventually win Mackenzie's affections.

This is the last time I drew Strawberries in both her younger and older versions.

I cringe at the old art XD I mean, I'm proud of it, but man there was so much wrong with those older pictures XD That's a lesson for you all XP
