This song...is my anthem. Enough said...well, not really.

Really, this song has come to have special meaning and significance in my life lately, now that Aaron has been taken away from me as he follows his own path in life. That doesn't mean that he's left my heart though. This song, is really the story of us in my mind I suppose.

I was originally going to make this a KnuxAmy pic, but given the circumstances I simply had to revolve this around Aranelion and Camillia. However, in this case, you all have the rare opportunity to actually listen to this song. I made a KnuxAmy AMV using the concert version of this song awhile back, and it's on YouTube. So even if you aren't a fan of the pairing, you can just minimize the window if you want to listen to the song.

The parts in parenthesis at the end have Taylor singing the bridge as a descant as Zac carries the chorus. I can imagine Air and Camillia singing this together and that part I can imagine to be the most beautiful.

The picture here tells this story. Aranelion is off on his own, finally making his name as a musician, being pushed from concert to concert, unable to find much time for himself anymore, but certainly able to find the time to think of his dear Camillia. Here, he's waiting for his ride to his next concert, glancing at his watch, and thinking of Camillia, his heart heavy, because he misses her so much and wishes that he could be with her again.

Back home, Camillia's trying to move on with her modeling and fasion design business. The first sheet of paper on her desk, (the one tucked under the one she's reading) has important deadlines she cannot miss, only adding to her stress. Yet as she reads a letter Aranelion wrote her, it doesn't help much to make her happy again. It's just another day gone by without him, and the lonely days she had abandoned with him at her side have returned to haunt her once more, brining her to heartfelt tears.

I said that this was my anthem, not just my theme song, but my anthem, because it matches my feelings for Aaron perfectly...to the letter...as if Zac and his brothers wrote it for me. When Aaron was here, I forgot any pain, my lonely days, and everything was perfect. This love I have for him simply can't be explained, and now that he's gone, a piece of my heart left with him.

I was listening to this song on my way from from school one night, and the sun had just started to fall on the horizon as that first verse played...I could feel my heart race and twinge as I tried to sing the words with tears filling my eyes. I have never had a song affect me that deeply before...it means the world to me right now.

Anyway, don't say anything about the table Camillia is sitting at. One, I can't draw scenery, and two, I don't know why that corner is inked black...I didn't like how it was coming together and in an attempt to fix it this was the result. Heh, life goes on.
